The role

Our clients represent a wide range of industries, but they all share a common challenge: adapting to the changing environmental, social, and governance landscape. They require comprehensive understanding of the risks they face, as well as how to leverage the opportunities presented by economic, geopolitical, technological, and ecological disruptions. Our team provides expert advice and guidance, from risk assessment to measurement and regulatory compliance, helping them navigate these transitions.

As Principal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through these changes. You will provide expert advice, oversee projects, and lead teams to ensure successful execution. In addition to client engagements, you will contribute to RiskSphere’s overall management and development, including strategy, thought leadership, and coaching. We expect you to drive a key business line such as recruitment, sales, or proposition development.

Qualifications

We’re seeking dynamic professionals who aspire to reach their full potential while making a meaningful impact on our clients. To excel in this role and contribute to our company’s success, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:

A university degree in management, sustainable finance, or something similar.
A university degree in management, sustainable finance, or a related field.
10+ years of working experience as a consultant.
A broad knowledge of financial services and other industries.
Knowledge of ESG, SDGs, sustainable finance, reporting and dashboarding, climate risk and stress testing, or other topics within the sustainability and climate domain.
An interest in working for a boutique consultancy firm, with a willingness to contribute to company strategy and create thought leadership content (in collaboration with marketing) to grow our brand.

A salary between €5.750,- and €8.000,- (depending on your experience)
