We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Practice Lead to bring our consultancy services to diverse industries. The role

As the Practice Lead for Diversified Industries, you will:

Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality sustainability risk solutions across non-financial industries.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for the diversified industries practice.
Design and provide product solutions suited to the unique needs of different industry segments.
Drive recruitment efforts to build a skilled and knowledgeable practice team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to promote business growth and market presence.

You bring to the table…

For this pivotal role, we are looking for someone who has:

Over 10 years of proven experience in consultancy, project management, or leadership within various non-financial industries.
A profound understanding of sustainability risk, ESG considerations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
A strong entrepreneurial spirit capable of building and expanding a specialised practice area.
Excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills for effectively managing teams and engaging with stakeholders.
An interest in contributing to a boutique consultancy scale-up, ready for the agility and ‘can-do’ attitude this requires. You should be keen to learn, develop your coaching skills, and guide a growing team of consultants.

- A salary between €5,750 and €8,000 (based on experience).
