The role
Our clients in the financial services sector face the daunting challenge of adapting to a rapidly evolving environmental, social, and governance landscape. At RiskSphere, we aid these clients in understanding and managing their sustainability risks, while also helping them seize opportunities that arise from economic, geopolitical, technological, and ecological disruptions.
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and expand a relevant network and forge meaningful relationships with both existing and new clients. You will be at the forefront of client engagement, combining your role at RiskSphere with a commitment to fostering client relationships, coaching junior colleagues, and contributing to our company’s strategy, thought leadership, and business development.

We are in search of high-energy individuals who are eager to maximize their growth potential and deliver substantial value to our clients. To excel in this role and become an integral part of RiskSphere during this exciting phase, we believe you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing you with a solid understanding of business dynamics.
- A proven track record in sales and business development within the financial services sector, demonstrating your ability to forge strong relationships and drive business growth.
- An interest in, and understanding of, sustainability risk, ESG, and related regulatory requirements (or willingness to learn), ensuring that you can provide expert advice and tailored solutions to our clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to achieving collective success. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must, given the start-up/scale-up nature of our company.
